Clinical Case Summary Lookup

If you have a Patient Account Number or Axiom Encounter ID for a particular encounter, this section is the quickest way to get straight to all the details about that patient.

Customizer Mode

When you add the Clinical Case Summary Lookup section to your Scorecard, you can move, rename, or delete the section. Click the green check to exit Customizer Mode and view the section.

Using the Section

Simply select Axiom Encounter ID or Account Number, type in the number, and click Search. If you have typed in a valid patient number, you will be taken directly to the Clinical Case Summary for that encounter.

NOTE: Clinical Analytics must be unlocked to use this section because it drills directly to patient-level data.
